Pleasant surprise with the process details in chapter 6
By Gary A. Bidwell
Nice fast streamlined read. Great use of bullets, outlines, key points and brief paragraphs versus overly wordy presentation.
I first thought the content was a little light for what I needed until I dug into the process details that were provided in chapter 6 "The Eight Steps of Human Capital Supply Chain Management".
I really liked the SIPOC type of format being a process improvement practitioner.
