They have each navigated multiple profound organizational changes and serve as consultants for board-level leadership teams. They currently live in the Kansas City area with their adopted herding dog, Joey.

I went through this book in about thirty minutes, put it down, and an hour later, I was back again. I shared it with a colleague who related a similar experience. We agreed that the value of this book is not limitted to the information provided, which is terriific, but-- in what it compels you to think about and act upon.
