This book is the most positive tool I have ever come across regarding self-reflection and sucessful communication....The 5 Chairs is such a clear way to decifer what we say and what we hear and it is a real guide for bettering relationships in every aspect of your life. Life Changing, Impactful Book

This book is outstanding. Very easy book to understand and apply at a professional and personal level. I came across the You Tube video and introduced it to our organization's management team, and we made a mini model of the chairs for each member on the team - the team was so impacted that they requested for all employees to see it. Our entire organization will get the training and a mini model set of chairs. The management team will be reading the book together and have team discussions. At a personal level it has been very soul searching. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to grow in relationships, professionally, in emotional intelligence, it has been a life changing book.
